PROCESS : during the submission process ADR4ALL will ask you to fill in your country of residence and the country where the trader is established and will calculate whether the submission and/or resolution process is free of charge or a fee is required. In both cases, the app will ask for your permission before continuing the submission process and the required (if applicable) payment. Then, ADR4ALL will ask you to provide a description of the dispute and to add the trader’s details and your personal details (name, city, country, phone number and email) that will be used during the dispute resolution process. After submitting your case, you can take a screenshot of your unique 4-digit case number and save it for future reference. FREE DOWNLOAD: Consumers can download the ADR4ALL app for free.
